Roger Llewellyn 
has more than 25 years experience as a practitioner and trainer in private equity.
After spending 16 years in senior management positions at 3i he set up and ran
a private equity business for Mercury Asset Management (now Hg Capital).  
Since 1991 he has built and managed his own portfolio of development capital 
investments some of which have been backed by private equity funds.   He has 
developed training programmes for the BVCA, 3i and CDC.
