Stephen Denford 
has worked in the private equity industry since the late 70s.  He spent 15
years at 3i, where he became responsible for private equity investment in
the South of England.  During this time he became a Director and developed
a track record of successful buy-out investments.  Later, at Actis Capital LLP,
he was responsible for devising international private equity training.
