Law course - managing private equity deals before and after legal completion

This two-day course is designed for presentation in-house.   It provides a practical understanding of how commercial intent is reflected in legal documentation.

It shows investors how to use the legal process effectively, both to control the negotiation of new deals and manage existing ones.

The course is tailored according to your firm's role, position in the market and the needs of your executives.  This will enable those attending to identify issues from which action points can be developed to refine policies or improve processes.

There is no size restriction on this course.
